Can't clean trash Empty Can't clean trash

Hi, i just recently playing this game, but when i visited my neighbor, i can't clean trash at all.

Also their name is different, for example i visit cafe "A", their manager name "B", but when i enter their cafe
i enter cafe with manager name "C". I  already sent email to them but they haven't sent reply...

Did anyone have same problems?

Yes, and this seems to be an iOS bug of the game. The Android version does not have this issue. Not sure who to turn to for this. :-S
