Help with Mission: Make Your Shop Sepcial (20 special points)

Hello!
I accepted this mission "make your shop special" when I had 10 or 12 special points already.
I originally thought that I just needed to increase to 20 points to pass this mission.
Then, once I did, the mission was not completed. So then I thought, maybe it meant that I have to "increase the points by 20".
Finally, I have 38 special points now. Which means that I increased my points by more than 20 already.
The mission, however, is still not completed.
Could anyone help?
