Newbie question Empty Newbie question

Post by Mika@Harry's Sun 30 Dec 2012, 12:18 pm

Hello fellow coffee enthusiasts! I'm a transfer from Pucca's Restaurant (which was getting boring)
So far am getting used to all the differences, but loving the newness of it

Just a question: if you are in the early expansion stages and you buy a wall, does the wall stay the same as you expand, or do you have to keep buying the wall at each expansion stage?

(Here you buy all new walls at once... In other games I'm used to purchasing each panel separately)

Thanks in advance for anyone's help!

- Mika, and a big hello from Sydney! (Australia :p )

Hi Mika and welcome to Hello Cappuccino! I am a transfer from Bakery Story - LOVE this game!

The wallpaper covers every expansion, no need to buy additional panels. The floor tiles are the same. Have fun and happy gaming! Smile

Oh be careful when you replace your wallpaper and tiles though.

The previous wallpapers and tiles aren't stored Sad

I'm a Bakery Story refugee too, Apricot.

Can't say I don't miss it,
esp HC has no new updates for ages! Sad

Does anyone know if they are going to update this game? I'm at the point where I have maxed out the size of my cafe and completed all of the missions. If the game can't be advanced any further, I'm not sure I want to buy coco beans to make upgrades/buy items. I *love* this game and I think with the growing dissatisfaction with Bakery Story it could pick up a lot of new players with some new content, especially regular updates and holiday related content.

I'm hoping for the same, Apricot.
To be honest, *gasps* I haven't been logging on daily the past few weeks.

I love my main cafe as it is,
I have every single deco item I want,
I could fo more if they'd let me expand further!

Plus,
I'm not big on the Waikiki theme Sad

Man, Kth had better do something
before they lose me altogether :p

I just love this game, although it really needs to have wifi or internet connections, but I still love it

I tried so many cooking games, but this one caught myattention, it reminds me of restaurant city in computer online before..

I hope they will release new recipe and more rewards in getting star or mastering each recipe

I just have question, how can we earn Coco?

Here is a quote from Iris in earning cocos, xp and coins:

Iris wrote:There are 2 types of missions that you can complete in the game:
** Manager Missions, and
** Cooking Missions.
Manager Missions can only be done once,
but Cooking Missions can be done over and over again.

The first time you do the Cooking Missions, you will receive a reward of XP, coins and cocos. If you do the missions over and over, you will receive the cocos the first time only, but you will get the coins and the XP each time you complete the mission.

If you do the first mission (Cappuccino Grand Opening) you will get 1,000 coins and 100 XP in rewards, for just 32 minutes and 15 seconds of cooking time. It's a great way to earn some extra coins quickly, if you want to speed up making that special purchase of decor or hiring some extra staff.

Note: (Missions are found in the Quest menu)
